Instagram launched a feature for Controlling Sensitive, Sexually Explicit Content in Explore Tab
Instagram introduced a new setting to Controlling Sensitive, Sexually Explicit, Violent Contents in Your Explore Tab. There is a “Sensitive Content Control” option that allows Instagram users to decide how sensitive or offensive content appears in the Explore Tab. This ‘Sensitive Content Control’ feature gives users the ability to turn off comments or restrict anyone from interacting with them.
Instagram is the most popular social media platform. There are 500 million daily active users of Instagram. It is an Internet-based photos and videos sharing platform that allows users to share photos and videos either publicly or privately. When you explore its feed section, you have gone through graphically sensitive or sexually explicit content. If you want to control this type of content in your explore feed then you can customize its settings in the new Sensitive Content Control feature.
The company said,” If content goes against our recommendation guidelines, we can use sensitive content controls to reduce it in places like Explore instead of removing it from Instagram. This control is automatically set to Limited, but you can choose to view more or less sensitive content at any time.”
